Yearly AC Service Maintenance Chart

Service 1 (Pre-Summer)	March - April	Clean air filters and replace if necessary. Check and clean condenser and evaporator coils. Inspect and clean drain lines to prevent clogging. Check refrigerant levels and refill if needed. Inspect electrical components and tighten connections. Test thermostat for accurate temperature control.
Service 2 (Mid-Summer)	June - July	Inspect cooling performance and airflow. Clean condenser unit and remove debris. Lubricate motor and moving parts. Check compressor functionality. Test and adjust fan speed. Ensure the outdoor unit is unobstructed.
Service 3 (Post-Summer)	September - October	Deep clean indoor and outdoor units. Inspect and clean drain pan. Check refrigerant levels. Examine and clean blower motor and fan blades. Inspect ducts for leaks or blockages. Replace worn-out components if needed.
Service 4 (Pre-Winter)	December - January	Test heating function if applicable (for HVAC systems). Clean filters and coils. Inspect insulation on refrigerant lines. Check for unusual noises or vibrations. Perform a final check of the thermostat and controls. Winterize the unit (if required for your climate).

In AC Installation: Extra Pipe, Copper Pipe, Tape, and Coil will be chargeable.
We do not perform Civil, Carpenter, or Electrical work during AC fitting.
We are providing dry service totally free.
