Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking a service.

Welcome to Cleanzzers. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Cancellation

An advance payment of ₹300 is required to secure your booking slot. This amount will be adjusted in the final bill.
Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled. Only rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice.
In case of a no-show or cancellation by the client upon arrival, the advance payment will be forfeited.

The scope of work is strictly limited to the items, areas, and quantities mentioned in the quotation/package.
The client must provide adequate water supply, electricity, and uninterrupted access to the premises during service hours.
Service will be conducted only in the presence of the owner or authorized representative.
Old, delicate, porous, or heavily used surfaces may not achieve "as-new" results after cleaning. 100% removal of stubborn or heavy old stains is not guaranteed.
Electronic equipment and electrical fittings will be surface-cleaned only. Internal cleaning is not included unless explicitly stated.

Clients are responsible for removing and securing fragile, valuable, or personal items before the service begins.
We do not provide any repair, replacement, restoration, or maintenance work.
Pre-existing damages are not the responsibility of Cleanzzers.
Garbage disposal outside the premises and heavy debris removal are not included in standard cleaning packages.

A final inspection must be conducted jointly with the client or authorized representative immediately upon completion of the service.
Any complaints or concerns must be raised before our team demobilizes from the site. Post-service complaints will not be entertained.
Once the service is completed and final payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
