If the area is larger than standard flat size, extra charges may apply.
Work will be done as per confirmed scope & quotation.
100% stain removal is not guaranteed for old hard water, rust, cement or paint marks.
Heavy residue or cement/paint cleaning will attract extra cost and is not included in empty deep house cleaning service.
Continuous water supply, electricity supply and ceiling height accessible ladder must be provided.
Flat must be completely empty before work begins.
Cleanzzers is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
Any fragile or loose fittings must be informed in advance.
No other vendor should be working at the site during cleaning.
Uninterrupted access must be provided to all areas.
Any area cleaned by Cleanzzers once will not be re-cleaned if it gets dirty or disturbed later by the client, vendors, workers, or any third party. Cleanzzers will not be responsible for the same.
Complaints must be raised before the team leaves the site.
Extra services will be charged separately.
