Our Empty Kitchen Cleaning service is specially designed for vacant or unfurnished flats where no utensils are present. This service focuses on cleaning cabinets, platforms, tiles, and basic appliances to make the kitchen fresh, dust-free, and ready to move in.

Includes

Complete cleaning of empty kitchen cabinets & trolleys (inside and outside)
Deep cleaning of kitchen slab / platform and sink area
Thorough cleaning of gas stove exterior, burners & knobs
Removal of oil, grease, dust & food stains from kitchen surfaces
If Fridge emptied by client, it will be clean inside also.
Exterior cleaning of kitchen appliances such as fridge, exhaust fan & microwave
Cleaning of utility area / dry balcony, Windows attached to the kitchen
Floor and wall tiles wet scrubbing and cleaning.

Excludes

Utensil's removal and placing back is not included
Wet wiping/cleaning of walls, ceiling, or false ceiling
Heavy shifting or dismantling of kitchen cabinets/appliances
Cleaning services for commercial kitchens
Interior cleaning of electronic appliances

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope: Work as per confirmed package/quotation. Stain removal not guaranteed (e.g., rust, hard water, paint, deep damage). Limited safe movement of heavy furniture/appliances. No repair/replacement of damaged items.
2. Client Responsibility: Ensure water and electricity supply. Remove/secure fragile or valuable items before service.
3. Access & Site Conditions: Delayed access may extend completion time. Restricted access (furniture/obstructions) affects quality/coverage. No other vendors allowed during cleaning.
4. Work Conditions: Team requires free access to booked areas. Discuss cleaning matters only with supervisor.
5. Liability Disclaimer: Not responsible for pre-existing damages. Not liable for issues due to undisclosed fragile items or poor site conditions. Complaints must be raised before team leaves; post-service complaints not accepted.
6. Payment & Refunds: Full payment due on completion. Advance booking non-refundable. No refunds once service is confirmed/completed. No cancellations; rescheduling allowed with 24-hour notice.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee: Professional equipment and chemicals used for best results. Final inspection must be done with client present at completion.
