If the area is larger than standard flat size, extra charges may apply.
Work will be carried out as per the confirmed cleaning package / quotation.
100% stain removal is not guaranteed, especially for hard water stains, rust, permanent paint marks, or deep-set damage.
Movement of heavy furniture / appliances will be limited and done only if safe.
Cleaning does not cover repair/ replacement of broken, damaged, or defective items.
Client must ensure continuous water supply, electricity supply during service.
Client must ensure all cabinets, wardrobes and storage spaces must be emptied before cleaning.
Fragile, delicate or valuable items should be secured / removed by the client prior to the start of work.
If site access is delayed, Cleanzzers will not be responsible for extension of service time or delayed completion.
If site access is restricted (due to furniture, occupants, or any obstruction), Cleanzzers will not be liable for the quality, coverage, or finishing of the service in such areas.
During cleaning, no other vendor (electrician, painter, carpenter, plumber, etc) should be working at the site, as it interrupts service quality and timeliness.
Team must be given free and uninterrupted access to all areas booked for cleaning.
Anything related to cleaning work should be discussed with the manager only.
Cleanzzers will not be responsible for pre-existing damages to property, furniture, fixtures or appliances.
The company is not liable for damages arising due to improper disclosure of fragile items or poor site conditions.
Complaints, if any, must be raised with the manager before the team leaves the site. Post – service complaints may not be entertained.
Any additional or special cleaning requests will be charged separately.
Wet shampoo cleaning of Sofa, Mattress & Carpet available at extra cost.
Chemical wall washing will be done only after inspection at extra cost.
Removal of cement, paint, and glue stains after interior work is not included will incur extra charges.
Any extra bathroom/toilet beyond standard layout will be charged at ₹300 per unit
Heavy furniture will only be moved with the owner’s consent.
Advance Booking amount: ₹300 (Strictly Non-Refundable)
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
No cancellations allowed, only rescheduling is permitted (with minimum 24 hours prior notice).
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
Strict no refund Policy once service is confirmed or completed.
Service will be carried out only in presence of owner / authorized person
