Exclusions
- Furniture protective plastic removal is not included
- Boxes, debris, and waste material will be placed outside the main entrance door and will not be disposed of outside the premises by Cleanzzers
- Paint touch-up, paint finishing, or paint correction work is not included
- Loose furniture cleaning is not included (additional charges applicable)
- Floor machine scrubbing is not included (additional charges applicable)
- Water tank cleaning is not included

Important notes
Please read before booking
100% removal of cement, paint and hard stains is not guaranteed if the surface is porous or stained permanently.
Acid wash will be used only where necessary and in limited quantity to prevent surface damage.
Heavy debris / rubble should be removed by contractor before our cleaning.
All cupboards, shelves & storage areas must be empty before service.
Water supply, electricity supply and ceiling height accessible ladder must be available throughout the service by the client.
Client must inform and discuss all furniture materials and surfaces during the booking process or before commencement of work.
Movement of heavy furniture/appliances is limited & subject to safety.
Delicate & valuable items must be removed before cleaning.
Any additional areas / service beyond the selected package will incur additional cost.
Extra bathrooms/toilets will be charged @ ₹300 per unit.
Wet shampoo cleaning of Sofa / Mattress / Carpet is not included (available at extra cost).
Removal of very thick cement layers, epoxy & paint patches may require special treatment and is not included in this package (extra charges applicable).
No other vendor / worker should be present during cleaning.
Any area cleaned by Cleanzzers once will not be re-cleaned if it gets dirty or disturbed later by the client, vendors, workers, or any third party. Cleanzzers will not be responsible for the same.
Team must be given full access to the premises.
Complaints must be raised before the team leaves the site.
Advance booking amount: ₹300 (Strictly Non-Refundable).
No cancellation. Only rescheduling allowed (minimum 24 hours prior).
Full payment is due immediately after completion.
Service will be carried out only in the presence of the owner / authorized person.
Final inspection will be done along with client/representative.
